All rooms are centrally heated, have colour televisions with DVD, hair dryers, tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water and toiletries.

olland Room Molland is an elegant, spacious, southfacing room overlooking the charming gardens and surrounding Exmoor countryside. Molland has a magnificient carved antique King Size Four Poster Bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with large shower.

ulverton Room Dulverton is charming and full of character and has a generous Super King size bed or the option to be a Twin Bedded room. It has south facing views over Hawkwell gardens and home paddocks, towards Exmoor National Park and a sumptuous en-suite bathroom with large corner shower.
