Kayaking on Exmoor
For the adventurous outdoor person the River Barle offers Kayaking (canoeing) at both High Marsh Bridge on the outskirts of Dulverton and Dulverton Bridge in Dulverton itself.

Fabulous scenic walks and trails all across Exmoor National Park, many over heather clad moorland, including the famous “Tarr Steps” beauty spot, with its old clapper bridge which is only 4 miles from Dulverton.

Exmoor has many country lanes, bridleways and tracks cyclists can use, but you have to be fairly fit to cope with the hills!
