Hawkwell Farmhouse is a traditional south facing Devon longhouse, parts of which date back to the Domesday era. Hawkwell now a 5 star B & B, bed and breakfast guesthouse and no longer a working farm, occupies a prime Dulverton location, with far reaching views over the Exmoor countryside. The farmhouse has been beautifully restored by your hosts Jan and Edward Hammond and is full of charm and character providing luxurious and spacious ensuite, B & B, bed and breakfast accommodation.

Jan & Edward, are both experienced horse riders and can provide stabling if you would like to bring your horse. Take advantage of the wonderful riding on Exmoor or an outing to the seaside and enjoy the thrill of riding along the miles of surf at Saunton Sands.

Hawkwell B & B, bed & breakfast, is easily accessible – just a few minutes drive from the quaint but small Exmoor market town of Dulverton, Somerset, known as “the gateway to Exmoor” and about half an hour from Junction 27 of the M5 motorway. Dulverton has a fine selection of boutique shops, superb restaurants and Devon tea rooms and the ambience here is like stepping back in time 40 or 50 years.
